While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Shocking scenes: Discovery of mass grave for Palestinians killed and buried by IOFs in Al-Shifa complex courtyard

Monday 15-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Sources at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City have announced the discovery of a mass grave in the courtyards of the complex, following a days-long search. This is considered one of the first mass graves found within the complex.

Some doctors at the complex provided testimonies confirming field executions that targeted doctors and displaced individuals inside the complex.

Sources at the complex reported on Monday that teams from the Ministry of Health and the Civil Defense extracted multiple bodies that appeared to have been recently buried, during the period when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) were present in the complex during their recent incursion.

Al-Jazeera channel aired graphic and painful scenes of numerous bodies buried in a mass grave. According to eyewitness accounts, many of them were executed by the IOF soldiers.

Among the scenes shown were the body of an injured person with a cast on his leg, and the body of an elderly person who appeared to have been a patient receiving treatment at the complex, in addition to several individuals who were only wearing underwear.

Medical and civil defense teams have extracted several bodies that were found beneath the rubble, having succeeded in retrieving nine bodies so far.

Criminal investigation teams, along with the Ministry of Health and the Civil Defense, continue to work on searching for more bodies within this mass grave, despite fears of being targeted by the IOFs.

Rights activists and legal experts have called for the intervention of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, emphasizing the need for an immediate investigation by an independent international organization, given the compelling evidence available.

'Hamas decries Israeli ‘war crimes’ at al-Shifa Hospital as mass grave found

Monday 15-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said the new mass grave discovered at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza is “horrifying”.

The Movement said the mass grave includes “several decomposing bodies” that Israeli forces, using military bulldozers, hid under the rubble before withdrawing from the medical complex earlier this month.

Israeli occupation forces have attacked and besieged the hospital several times since October 7, leaving it largely in ruins. Thousands of medical staff, patients, and displaced families were at the facility during the attacks, with witnesses saying hundreds lost their lives as a result.

The latest discovery indicates that there are “no limits” to what Israeli forces are willing to do, 'Hamas said.

Their crimes are continuing because of the international community’s silence in the face of this “genocide” against Palestinians in Gaza, the Movement added.

“The series of ongoing violations, including the discovery of mass graves in Al-Shifa, cases of execution, and the hundreds of bodies that remain under the rubble … are clear and well-documented war crimes,” it said.

'Hamas called on the international community to bring those responsible to justice.

The Government Media Office (GMO) earlier confirmed that the Israeli occupationarmy executed 400 Palestinians in the Al-Shifa Hospital, noting that specialized crews were able on Monday to recover 9 bodies from a mass grave discovered in the health facility.

Some of the people who had been killed and buried appear to have been patients at the hospital and had medical bandages attached to their bodies, the GMO added.

Euro-Med slams Israeli attacks on displaced civilians trying to reach homes

Tuesday 16-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has condemned the Israeli occupation army for attacking thousands of displaced Palestinian citizens as they attempted recently to return to their homes in Gaza City and northern Gaza and killing a number of them.

“The Israeli army has targeted thousands of Palestinians whom it had forcibly displaced, preventing them from going back to their areas of residence in the northern Gaza Strip by using live ammunition and artillery shells. This has resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries, including women and children, and forced the remaining Palestinians to return to their places of displacement,” Euro-Med said on Monday.

Euro-Med accused the Israeli army of deliberately attacking thousands of Palestinian civilians on Sunday, killing and wounding dozens of them and persisting in its crime of forced displacement by preventing displaced civilians from crossing from the center and south of the Gaza Strip into their areas of residence in the north, despite the end of hostilities in most of those areas.

Euro-Med described such Israeli actions as “crimes against humanity” and “war crimes.”

“Israel has been committing serious crimes for more than six months now, including forced displacement, which is intended to end Palestinian life in the Gaza Strip. These crimes are all part of Israel’s larger campaign of genocide.”

“As thousands of displaced people attempted to cross, via Wadi Gaza Bridge — an Israeli military checkpoint on the coastal road known as Al-Rashid Street — to return to their residential areas in the northern Strip, Israeli forces killed at least five Palestinians, including a woman and a girl, and injured dozens more.”

Euro-Med said it had received identical testimonies confirming that “the Israeli army forces fired tear gas bombs, live ammunition, including from quadcopter aircraft, machine guns from naval boats, and artillery shells directly and deliberately towards thousands of civilians trying to return home.”

Euro-Med called on “the international community to pressure Israel to cease all its crimes in the Strip and abide by the rules of war, which forbid the deliberate targeting of civilians under any circumstances.”

Al-Rishiq: “A permanent ceasefire is the only assurance that will put an end to the massacres”

Monday 15-April-2024

DOHA, (PIC)

Member of the 'Hamas Political Bureau, 'Izzat al-Resheq, confirmed on Monday, that “a permanent ceasefire is the only way to ensure the safety of our people and put an end to the ongoing massacres and bloodshed.”

“There is no concession to complete withdrawal and the free return of the displaced,” Al-Rishiq declared, emphasizing that there is no other option than a genuine deal with the resistance and that attempts by Netanyahu and his administration to force the release of the prisoners have failed.

He brought up the fact that the occupation seeks a short-term agreement to free its prisoners, following which the genocide and war will continue.

Al-Rishiq  also affirmed that the occupation has not and will not succeed in achieving any kind of victory, even after more than six months of its aggression.

He emphasized that the targeting of civilians and all facets of civilian life by the occupation is a sign of defeat rather than an impending victory.

He concluded by emphasizing that Israel is a pariah and that international public opinion supports our people and their just cause.

Israeli forces detain 25 Palestinians across the West Bank

Ramallah 4/16/2024 Wafa -

Israeli occupation forces overnight and Tuesday detained at least 25 Palestinians from the West Bank, including a child and former prisoners.

The Detainees' and Ex-Detainees' Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners' Society explained that the arrests took place in the governorates of Qalqilya, Hebron, Jenin, as well as Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
